How do we compare?

    • We never charge a 3% listing commission, just the $375.00 listing fee.
    • We offer a 6 month listing period. You may shorten or lengthen as you wish.
    • We never charge for a color home photo on MLS-associated websites such as Realtor.com.
    • We provide optional Realtor® lockboxes and signs with no deposit required.
    • We pass all internet inquiries received about your home, directly to you.
    • We pass all leads directly to you from incoming military, government and corporate transferrees, and area relocation departments.
    • We offer Free Contracts and Forms!
