Our Site provides homeowners and homebuyers with various services related to home selling and home buying, such as listing homes on the MLS, providing marketing materials, assisting buyers in purchasing homes, and referring buyers to Realtors® to search for a new home. In order to provide these services, we collect information from homeowners and homebuyers and use it for database and MLS listing purposes and for forwarding to local service providers and/or other Realtors® (licensed real estate agents or brokers) who use the homeowner's information to provide the services requested.

If you are a homeowner, we collect personally identifying information, including your name(s), address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and information about your home and marketing plans.

If you are a homebuyer, we collect personally identifying information, including your name(s), address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and information about the home you would like to search for.

If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker who is in a referral arrangement with us, we collect your contact and professional information, including your name, company, address, phone number, e-mail address and general marketing information.

Regardless of whether you are a homeowner, homebuyer or a real estate agent or broker, information that identifies you personally is collected from our Site only if you supply it voluntarily by entering it on our Site. Additionally, we may collect information independent of this site from you to be merged with the information appearing on our site, but only if you supply it voluntarily to us by e-mail, facsimile, mail, phone or other means.

E-mail Addresses

We collect e-mail addresses as part of providing services. Except for customer service purposes, we will not send e-mails to you unless you request information from us. Except as described in this policy, we will not disclose your e-mail address to any third party without your consent.

Aggregate Information

We collect aggregate information about you and your use of our services. Such aggregate information includes, without limitation, site traffic, page views and impressions. We only forward your personal information to one real estate agent, broker or other service provider for each type of service you request. That real estate agent, broker or service provider may contact you by e-mail, telephone or by other means. If necessary, we will forward your personal information to additional real estate agents, brokers or other service providers but only one at a time when necessary to further provide you with the services you requested.

We do not regulate how these third parties use your information and are not responsible for removing your information from any third party lists. Please contact the third party service providers directly to be removed from their lists.

Except as stated above, we do not disclose, sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected at our Site to any other party. Please note that we reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or by regulation to any responsible regulatory agencies, or if disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or to protect rights, property or safety of our company, its employees, customers or the public.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain personally identifying information to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction by any unauthorized party. 

Children

We do not intend, and this site is not designed, to collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you should not register for our services.
